1. Valturex operates a private, membership-based platform that introduces verified buyers and sellers of goods. Valturex does not buy, sell, own or hold title to goods and does not hold transaction funds.
2. Members must provide true and complete information, keep their documents current and use the platform only for lawful trade.
3. Information about other members is confidential and may be used only to evaluate and conclude the introduced transaction.
4. Valturex may suspend access where it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse or a breach of these terms.
5. Payment, delivery, quality and all contractual obligations remain with the contracting parties.
